What does Handle Bros sell?

Handle Bros supplies architectural hardware and finishing products, including door handles, cabinet hardware, locks, hinges, sliding-door hardware, window hardware, bathroom fittings and related accessories.

Do you deliver throughout South Africa?

Yes. We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch where required.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free delivery is available for qualifying orders delivered within approximately 40 km of our dispatch or collection location. Eligibility may depend on the delivery address, order value, parcel size or product type. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collection is available by prior arrangement. Customers will be notified when an order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive for collection before receiving confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on stock availability, the delivery destination, the courier service and the type of product ordered. Estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout or after your order is confirmed. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you.

How can I track my order?

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email and/or another communication channel used for your order. You may also contact us for assistance with an order in transit.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Handle Bros offers a 30-day return period for eligible products, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original condition and packaging, unless the return relates to a defect or another right available under applicable law.

Who pays for return delivery?

For ordinary returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If Handle Bros supplied the wrong item, or the item was defective or damaged where Handle Bros is responsible, Handle Bros will arrange or cover the reasonable return cost as applicable.

What warranty do your products have?

Manufacturer warranties differ by brand and product. The applicable manufacturer warranty, where available, will be stated on the product page, packaging or supporting documentation. Manufacturer warranties are in addition to any rights customers may have under South African consumer law.

What should I do if a product is damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@handlebros.com or +27 62 292 7603 with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate. We will assess the matter and advise on the next step.

Can I return a product after it has been installed?

Change-of-mind returns will generally not be accepted after a product has been installed, altered, damaged or used. This does not limit any rights you may have in respect of defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop processing or dispatch, but this cannot always be guaranteed. Any statutory cancellation rights applicable to electronic transactions remain unaffected.

Do you assist with product selection?

Yes. If you are uncertain about dimensions, finishes, compatibility or the appropriate hardware for your application, contact us before ordering and we will assist where possible.

Do you supply contractors, designers and developers?

Yes. Handle Bros welcomes enquiries from architects, interior designers, contractors, joiners, developers and other trade customers. Contact us for project and quantity enquiries.
